Helpful things to have ready

  • Roughly what size you are thinking, even a paced off guess
  • Whether this is new concrete or a replacement of something that failed
  • What is going to sit on it or drive on it, including RVs, trailers and hot tubs
  • For a patio, any pattern or color you have already seen and liked
  • Photos of the area and of the access to it, especially gates and side yards
  • Your timeline, and whether it is fixed or flexible
